As an AuDHD identifying therapist, Amy is deeply committed to empowering adults to achieve their goals and discover peace and meaning in their life journey. Amy specializes in trauma using CBT, DBT, IFS, Polyvagal and Somatic therapies while employing a collaborative approach that helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their self-identity and emotional expression. Amy’s clinical interests include Trauma and PTSD, emotional regulation from mood disorders, Autism and neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ identities.

Amy’s spiritual, psychological and musical backgrounds allow her to be sensitive to the whole person as she works together with clients to connect the mind, body, and spirit in healing and developing healthy coping strategies and relationships. Amy is passionate about fostering self-love and self-care with clients as they navigate the world. 

When Amy is not working, she is an active volunteer in her community. Amy plays flute and piccolo in several community wind ensembles: performing for our veterans, at senior housing locations, and at local parks, festivals and parades. She also loves the beach, travel and cuddling with her 2 cats.
