Chelsea Rousseau, MSW, LCSW

My name is Chelsea Rousseau (BASW, MSW, LMSW), and I am a therapist with years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of life challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations in settings including domestic violence services, geriatric care, hospice, family based therapy, inpatient adolescent programs, and substance abuse treatment.

I have experience helping clients navigate grief and loss, generational trauma, addiction, family dynamics, and identity-related concerns, including work with the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in meeting each client where they are, while recognizing the impact life experiences can have on emotional and mental well-being.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Whether you are coming in with a specific goal or simply need someone to listen, I aim to create an environment where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment. I am here to offer support, insight, and guidance—at your pace, and when you are ready.
