Dylan (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping others heal and discover their resilience and sources of joy in this world from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. While Dylan puts a primary focus on genuine connection and individualizing her approach to each person’s specific needs, she is trained in numerous forms of therapy, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy.
Dylan has experience working with children, teens, families, couples, and young adults in both individual and group settings. Her clinical interests include LGBTQIA+ identity development, anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma healing, family relationships, and perinatal mental health. She puts a strong emphasis on continuing to educate herself on social-justice and antiracist practices to create an inclusive therapeutic environment.
When she’s not at work, Dylan enjoys traveling, singing, going to the beach, spontaneous adventures, trying new foods, listening to true crime podcasts, watching endless amounts of terrible reality TV or The Office, crafting, snuggling with her two cats, and spending time with friends and family.
