With a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a deep passion for cultivating healthy, high-functioning teams, Eva has built AVIV with an intentional focus on collaboration, clinician support, and sustainable growth.

A former Junior Olympian, National Champion, and World-Ranked Judo athlete, Eva channels the same discipline and drive into her mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care. She is a tireless advocate for healthcare equity and works to ensure AVIV removes barriers to care for individuals and families when they need it most.

Eva is also certified in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and plays an active role in maintaining the wellbeing of AVIV’s therapy animals. As both a leader and a parent, she understands firsthand the importance of timely, effective, and compassionate support—and she is committed to making AVIV a place where clients and clinicians alike can thrive.
