FAITH GUIDAITIS, M.S.
Faith is a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. She provides services at our Providence location and has experience working with individuals across the lifespan with a variety of emotional, relational, and life concerns.
Faith believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, recognizing that each client brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and goals to therapy. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, developing effective coping strategies, and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves.
Using person-centered and narrative approaches, Faith helps clients identify patterns and themes throughout their lives, recognize their personal strengths, and explore how past and present experiences have shaped their sense of self. Her goal is to empower clients to develop healthier patterns, build confidence in their own abilities, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Faith understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, particularly for those who have been navigating challenges on their own. She approaches each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, meeting them where they are and working alongside them toward greater understanding, growth, and well-being.
