Katie Little, msw, LICSW

A young person with short curly hair, wearing glasses and a dark shirt, standing outdoors in front of green foliage.

I (she/they) graduated with a BSW in 2022, and an Advanced Standing MSW in 2023 from Simmons University. Since I was first allowed to work, I have always been collaborating with children, young adults and their families/ support systems in settings such as; child care, supplemental public school programs, summer camp, day programs for unhoused adults, and government departments. I have had training and applied clinical practice in experiences and related diagnoses such as; Domestic & Intimate Partner Violence, Trauma, Substance Use Disorders/ Harm Reduction, LGBTQ+ youth experiences, unhoused individual’s experiences, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression.

My practice as an LGBTQ+ identified clinician is thoughtfully built from theoretical and community based frameworks like Relational Social Work, Harm Reduction, and Empowerment Theory. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, and acting as a guide wherever one is in their therapy journey. Therapy can happen in an infinite number of settings and ways, and I am looking forward to assisting people in this process! When I am not working, you can find me playing D&D, spending time with my pets, listening to music, and hanging out with my family and friends.
