Khyesha is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. Originally from the Natural State of Arkansas, she earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and brings a diverse background working within community, family, and healthcare settings.

Throughout her career, Khyesha has supported individuals and families as they navigated complex medical conditions, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that often accompany them. Her experience has strengthened her belief that every person's story is unique and that healing begins in a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Khyesha utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for lasting change. She works with individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the everyday challenges of finding balance in an ever-changing world.

She believes that while past experiences often shape the way people view themselves and the world, they do not have to define what comes next. Khyesha creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients are encouraged to give themselves grace as they explore new perspectives, develop healthier coping strategies, and embrace personal growth at their own pace.

A guiding philosophy of Khyesha's practice is helping clients learn how to "keep their cup full." She believes that self-care extends beyond occasional moments of rest—it begins with understanding what is in your cup, recognizing when it is running low, and intentionally developing the skills and habits needed to replenish it. Through collaboration, self-reflection, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Khyesha empowers clients to cultivate resilience, maintain emotional balance, and build a life that aligns with their values and supports their overall well-being.
