Levi is a licensed clinical social worker with degrees from the University of Rhode Island and the University of Denver School of Social Work. Levi has a strong commitment to helping young adults, students, and those navigating life changes in an often overwhelming world. Levi’s work is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. Levi incorporates CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative-based practices with mindfulness therapies in his work with clients.
Levi has prior experience working with individuals who are challenged with life transitions, anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence. Levi has experience working with individuals who have ADHD, Autism, or other learning differences that affect their daily life. Levi will work closely to explore not only the challenges but also the unique strengths and creativity that often come hand in hand with neurodivergence. Whether clients are seeking therapy for a deeper understanding of themselves, or simply problem solving, Levi works closely with clients to develop strategies to use their strengths to create a more peaceful and fulfilling life. Most importantly, Levi extends a sense of agency and empowerment in clients' personal journeys that enable change.
