I am a warm, compassionate LCSW who specializes in substance use disorders, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, and depression. My work is grounded in the belief that every person already holds the strength needed to heal, and my role is to help you access and trust that inner power. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), empowerment-based practices, strengths-based and person-centered approaches, along with Jungian-informed work to help you gain insight, build coping skills, discover strengths within the self, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Clients often describe me as kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuinely invested in their success. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, understand patterns, and reconnect with your sense of self and feel empowered doing so. Whether you are healing from addiction, navigating the impacts of narcissistic abuse and/or relationships, or managing anxiety and depression, I am here to walk with you and empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
