I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I earned my Master of Social Work from Bridgewater State University in May 2025. My education and hands-on experience have shaped the compassionate, grounded approach I bring to therapy.

I truly enjoy working with adolescents. The teen years can feel overwhelming and isolating, with pressure from school, peers, family, and social media. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where young people can be themselves. My goal is to help teens build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and better understand their emotions while feeling supported throughout the process.

My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use a trauma-informed approach and integrate CBT, DBT skills, and solution-focused techniques to help clients recognize patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for everyday life. I tailor treatment to each individual and family, knowing that every story is unique.

Healing takes time, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients with consistency, empathy, and respect. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your teen or a young person looking for someone who truly listens, I am here to help you feel understood and empowered.
