Peyton is a warm, curious, and open relational therapist who believes healing happens through authentic connection. Her non-directive, client-led approach honors each person as the expert of their own life. Rather than offering quick fixes, Peyton asks grounding, thoughtful questions to help clients deepen self-understanding and discover their own path forward. She creates a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients are invited to show up fully as they are.

Peyton works with adults 18+, with a passion for supporting those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Peyton has experience working with anxiety, OCD, depression, executive functioning challenges, and substance use and co-occurring disorders. She also supports clients navigating relationship struggles, identity exploration, and attachment wounds. Her work is grounded in respect, empathy, and emotional safety.

Her integrative style draws from relational and person-centered therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EFT tapping, and is influenced by inner child work. Peyton values collaboration and sees therapy as a space to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change through connection and curiosity.
