With over a decade of experience in the field of social work, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, all age ranges, and a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. I'm an LGBTQ+ identifying therapist and I support my clients (either individuals or couples) through various challenges surrounding gender identity, trauma, mood disorders, and substance use. I strive to create a client-centered, strength-based, compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive atmosphere.

Drawing from a wide range of integrative, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I will tailor each course of treatment to your individual needs and goals. I specialize in the evidence-based framework of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat PTSD and Acute Stress Disorders. Additionally, I offer Animal Assisted Psychotherapy for in-person and virtual sessions.

Together we can work through navigating stressful life transitions, processing difficult emotions, healing from painful past experiences, exploring personal/gender/sexual identity, and cultivating a deeper sense of meaning in your life.
