Kaitlyn Saucier, MSW, LICSW, LADC-I, CAGS
Assitant Director
Kaitlyn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor based in Massachusetts. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University with a focus on mental health and substance use. Kaitlyn brings extensive experience from diverse clinical settings; including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient counseling, and substance use treatment facilities, where she has supported clients facing trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic conditions, and addiction.
She has advanced training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Abuse, and has completed post-graduate certificates in both Forensic Psychology and in working with service members, veterans, and their families.
Known for her laid-back, compassionate, and strengths-based approach, Kaitlyn fosters a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her rescue dog and two children, live music, and relaxing by the ocean.

Brandon Rollins, MSW, LCSW
Brandon is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Massachusetts. He obtained his master’s in social work from Bridgewater State University, and he has worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings including Outpatient therapy clinics, State agencies, and non-profits.
His clinical interests focus on trauma processing, mood and anxiety disorders, identity development, family and couples’ psychotherapy, substance use, and adapting to and living with disability.
His approach to therapy is primarily influenced by psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and narrative perspectives, but more importantly relies on the individual’s unique experiences and perspectives.
Brandon believes that clients are the true experts in the therapeutic process, and that the therapeutic alliance, empathy, and humor are what drive meaningful work. Brandon also recognizes the impacts of broader societal forces like racism, sexism, and ableism on mental health.
As a therapist who was born blind he recognizes that coping with discrimination negatively impacts our mental health, and that naming and challenging these outside forces in therapy can lead to self-empowerment and healing.

Ro Fiori, MSW, LCSW
Ro is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Massachusetts with her master’s degree in social work from Salem State. Ro thinks about how our families, community, state, and political powers institutionalize power and oppression. She completed her undergraduate work at Brandeis where she was also an angelic troublemaker.
Ro has a particular interest in the support of those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ growth, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, new and lifetime disability diagnoses, ageing, ADHD, relational challenges, and discovery of core values. She is present. She uses humanistic approaches as well as behavioral modalities to grow trust and amplify authentic voice such as Schema Therapies, Psychodynamic, Existential Therapies and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapies.

Deja Outten, MSW, LSW
Deja is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Millersville University. She believes that seeking support during life’s challenges is a sign of strength and is committed to providing a safe, supportive space for clients to navigate their personal journeys.
With experience working with children, adults, and families, Deja specializes in supporting individuals facing neurodivergence, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and chronic illnesses. Yadi Garcia, MSW
Yaidelys is a master’s level clinician with a degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.
In addition to her role at AVIV Mental Health, she also serves as a middle school social worker, providing direct support to adolescents and their families. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including work with veterans experiencing homelessness, NICU families, and individuals in crisis.
Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques, Yaidelys tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care.
At the core of her work is a deep belief in resilience, connection, and the healing power of a supportive therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.

Alyssa Graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Master’s in Professional
Counseling- Clinical Mental Health. She has experience working in a psychiatric hospital with
inpatients from adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She also has experience working with individuals one-on-one in a counseling clinic. Alyssa uses a Person-Centered approach with all of her clients. She currently works with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy.
Alyssa has worked with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, conflict in interpersonal relationships, and general life stressors. She has also worked with individuals that are trying to find their true authentic selves.

Amy Mulcahey, MSW, LCSW
As an AuDHD identifying therapist, Amy is deeply committed to empowering adults to achieve their goals and discover peace and meaning in their life journey. Amy specializes in trauma using CBT, DBT, IFS, Polyvagal and Somatic therapies while employing a collaborative approach that helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their self-identity and emotional expression. Amy’s clinical interests include Trauma and PTSD, emotional regulation from mood disorders, Autism and neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ identities.

Jessica Calcut-Bennett, M.A., LMHC
Jess prides herself for being an LGBTQIA+ affirming Licensed Mental Health Clinician and is part of the community herself. She graduated with her Masters in 2014 at Lesley University in Expressive Arts Therapy with a Specialization in Mental Health Counseling and enjoys engaging her clients wherever she goes in art therapy and the broader creative arts.
Has worked in Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Inpatient Hospitalization Programs for adolescent and adults over the course of 7 years and worked up to become the Director of a Primary Mental Health Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults before shifting her work into the Primary Care Setting where she still provides behavioral health services.

Carol Dupre, MSW, LICSW
Carol Dupre, obtained her MSW from Westfield State University. Prior to this degree, she served in various community settings including teaching science grades 5-12, being employed as a residential home counselor, and being a parental aide in a private home. Other roles she has enjoyed have been assisting on a thoroughbred horse farm and being a volunteer Service-Oriented Puppy Raiser. She has also volunteered as an Americorps VISTA for a Food Bank, volunteer coordinating and holding outreaches to address food insecurity matters with many populations: the previously incarcerated, the homeless, senior citizens, and school children as well as volunteer coordination. Carol is trained in trauma-focused therapy, uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and continues to develop skills in order to meet the individual client’s specific needs. Continuing to lean and utilize the healing capabilities of animals in a therapeutic session has been a longtime goal. Other interests include caring for pets, and participating in theater and singing groups.
